OUR Referral Program
Ark Property Managemant offers a referral fee for agents who refer a new client for property management services. We offer a competive payment structure where you earn up to $450! per referral.
Payment Structure:
- 1-5 new properties at $450 per property
- 6-10 new properties at $400 per property
- 11+ properties at $300 per property
Note: If you are a licensed realtor, we required your broker’s completed W9 with the referral form; please have the W9 completed to send to Ark Property Management. For your security, Ark will provide a secure location for you to upload the W9.
